Greg Surbey for New Hampshire State Rep., Nashua Ward 6, District 24

An Excellent Run In 2010

This last Nov. 2nd I just barely didn't quite make it into the State House. I achieved 917 votes and the winning goal was 990 votes; making for a difference of just 73 votes. This was a great result for a first time run in Nashua's notoriously tough Ward 6. I intend to keep this momentum going and run again in 2012.

But in a general sense, this truly was a victory!
- We elected 298 Republicans out of the 400 seats in the NH House of Representatives
- We elected 19 Republicans out of the 24 seats in the NH State Senate
- We elected 5 Republicans out of the 5 seats in the NH Executive Council

Now that's great, but what about so-called RINO's? We want conservatives who act more like libertarians, so here are the Liberty numbers:
- For the Republican Liberty Caucus of New Hampshire, out of the 134 endorsed candidates who passed the Primary, 107 won office.
- For the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance, out of the 137 endorsed candidates who passed the Primary, 119 won office.
- For Freestaters (those who move to New Hampshire to help perpetuate New Hampshire's traditional values), out of the 20 candidates who passed the Primary, 12 won office.
- The only one left to kick out is the governor!

I think it is right that the closing focus of my campaign bid for State Rep in 2010 should be to shine onto the achievements by volunteers. I'd like to give a special thank you to all those listed below who helped out during my campaign.
